ORDER ISSUES

You will have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.

To report any issues with your order, please emaIL with photos of the issue for reference.

Your order number should look like this #WEB1231267, which can be found on your confirmation email you would have received at the time of placing your order.

CAN I CANCEL/ AMEND MY ORDER?

We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you have placed it, this includes the following:


· Cancelling your order

· Changing the item or size

· Adding a discount code

· Delivery/billing address

· Adding items to your order

· Shipping method

*If you input an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return a product for a refund. Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached.

If item(s) you return are deemed to be in an unsaleable condition, we will hold the item(s) for you to arrange a collection from our warehouse. We will hold them for 28 days, after which we cannot guarantee we will be able to store them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

A fixed charge of £2.50 will be deducted from you when you arrange to return your parcel.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

We do not offer exchanges, your returned items will be refunded.

HAVE YOU GOT MY RETURNED PARCELS

You would have been given a return tracking receipt when you sent your parcel back to us, the tracking number on there will look something like this QZ12345678GB. You can use this on the Royal Mail Tracking website to check. If the parcel shows delivered to Royallad, we have it.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We have up to 14 days to process your refund once we have received your parcel. In busy periods such as Black Friday/ Summer Sale with increased volume there may be delays in your refund being processed

*We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

If you return an item beyond the 30-day period or we deem the item in a non-sellable condition, we will hold the item(s) until you arrange a collection from our warehouse. Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to advise you of this.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item, or item you believe to be faulty, please contact our customer service team on royalladsportswear@outlook.com with the below info:

· Your Order Number

· Item Name and Size

· Clear Photos with:

1) The close up of the fault

2) Full product length picture

3) The ROYAL LAD LOGO and tag attached to product

*You have up to 30 days to raise a claim for a faulty item.

I'VE SENT THE RETURN PARCEL BACK, WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK?

Please note, due to busy periods, returns process may take up to 14 days to process.

We will send you an email notifying you once your return have been processed.

If you do not receive an email after 14 working days, please contact our customer service with your proof of postage, parcel tracking number and order number.
